Mario Conte
Founder & CEO
Mario began his entrepreneurial journey in 2007 with the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour, now the world's largest junior golf tour for individuals under 18. Transitioning to real estate, he has successfully managed all stages of development, including planning, acquisition, design, budgeting, construction, and management. Over the past several years, Mario has bought and sold 18 residential and commercial properties across Florida and Georgia.

Christina H
Financial and Planning Operations
With a Master’s degree and over 16 years of experience in the educational sector, Christina brings exceptional leadership, organizational strategy, and a data-driven mindset. Since obtaining her Florida Real Estate License in 2015, she has leveraged her analytical skills and attention to detail to enhance operational efficiency and resident satisfaction. In her executive role, Christina oversees all financial operations, ensuring fiscal integrity, strategic planning, and the sustainable growth of the organization.

Julie Williams
Regional Manager
Julie Williams brings over 30 years of heart-led experience in residential property management. With her Accredited Residential Manager (A.R.M.) designation and a proven track record across a wide range of properties, she’s known for creating communities that feel like home. Whether guiding teams or supporting tenants, Julie leads with warmth, integrity, and a passion for making every property a place people are proud to live. “Great communities don’t happen by accident—they’re built through trust, empathy, and everyday care.”

Betsy Landa
Executive Assistant
With a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Grand Valley State University, Betsy brings strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset to the MGVG team. Her background in event coordination and administrative support, along with her passion for delivering high-quality service, allows her to support internal operations with efficiency and attention to detail.

Joey Criscitello
Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager
Joey holds a degree in Marketing and Sales and began his career in account management at a credit union before pursuing his passion for digital media and content creation. With extensive experience in video production and editing, Joey has developed content for globally recognized brands including Netflix, Disney, Amazon Prime, and RuPaul’s Drag Race. He brings a strong creative vision, technical expertise, and results-driven mindset to every project. Outside of work, Joey continues to refine his craft by producing content for his personal YouTube channel from his private studio.

Iesha Thompson
Leasing, Sales & Marketing Manager
Originally from New York but raised in the South, Iesha brings a deep appreciation for community, connection, and service. Over the past seven years, she has worked in educational system in Moultrie, GA. She also gained operational experience as the office Manager for Hat Creek Restoration. With a strong interest in marketing and service, Iesha is excited to make a positive impact with the MGVG Community.

Brittney Watson
Property Operations Manager
Brittney is a dedicated professional from Thomasville, GA, with strong roots in her community and a proven record of leadership and growth. Over the course of five years at Jonah’s Fish and Grits, she advanced into a management position, demonstrating exceptional work ethic, team leadership, and operational expertise. Complementing her professional experience, Brittney completed the Media Communication Certificate Program at Full Sail University, equipping her with both practical skills and a solid academic foundation. Recognized for her determination, resilience, and results-driven mindset, she is committed to excellence and continuous professional development.
Ashley Digon
Leasing, Sales, & Marketing Manager
With over a decade of experience in property management, Ashley brings a wealth of expertise in leasing, sales, real estate, and marketing. Ashley received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at Flagler College. Whether she’s working with tenants to find the perfect rental property or assisting owners in maximizing the potential of their investments, Ashley ensures each transaction is handled with care, professionalism, and an eye for detail.
