Mario Conte
Founder & CEO
Mario began his entrepreneurial journey in 2007 with the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour, now the world's largest junior golf tour for individuals under 18. Transitioning to real estate, he has successfully managed all stages of development, including planning, acquisition, design, budgeting, construction, and management. Over the past several years, Mario has bought and sold 18 residential and commercial properties across Florida and Georgia.
Mario Conte Sr.
President
Starting his entrepreneurial career in 1982, Mario Sr. ventured into real estate in 1991, purchasing his first multifamily residence. His hard work and commitment led to the acquisition of additional properties, and he now serves as the president of his homeowner’s association, bringing extensive knowledge and experience to the team.
Celeste Conte
Secretary and Treasurer
Since 1991, Celeste has been instrumental in advertising, showing properties, conducting background checks, and leasing units. As the secretary and treasurer of their homeowner’s association, she manages a complex of 72 units, ensuring records are meticulously maintained.

Financial and Planning Operations
With a Master’s degree in Communicative Sciences and 14 years in the educational sector, Christina brings strong organizational skills and a commitment to team dynamics. Her real estate experience, including a Florida Real Estate License obtained in 2015, adds a unique perspective to the team.
Coletia Bentley
Leasing Manager
A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Coletia has a passion for business and leadership. Her experience in property management over the past two years has taught her the vital role it plays in business success.
Ashley Digon
Leasing, Sales, & Marketing Manager
With over a decade of experience in property management, Ashley brings a wealth of expertise in leasing, sales, real estate, and marketing. Ashley received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at Flagler College. Whether she’s working with tenants to find the perfect rental property or assisting owners in maximizing the potential of their investments, Ashley ensures each transaction is handled with care, professionalism, and an eye for detail.
