With more than 15 years of experience in construction finance and accounting, Katie oversees budgeting, financial operations, and project accountability, helping keep every community financially strong.

Known for my dependable work ethic and problem-solving abilities, I take pride in responding quickly to maintenance needs while providing exceptional service. I work well independently and as part of a team, always striving to improve processes, minimize downtime, and maintain a safe, productive environment.
