Application Requirements
To apply for a property at MGVG Living, you will need:
Application Fee
A non-refundable fee of $60 per applicant.
Proof of Income
Recent pay stubs or bank statements showing income of at least 3x the monthly rent.
Photo ID
A valid government-issued ID.
Credit and Background Check
All applicants are subject to a credit and criminal background check.
Lease Terms and Renewals
Lease Duration:
Standard lease terms are 12 months, with options for shorter terms at an additional cost.
Renewals:
Lease renewals are offered based on a review of the tenant’s payment history and compliance with lease terms.
Security Deposit:
A deposit equal to one month’s rent is required before move-in.
Pet Policies
To apply for a property at MGVG Living, you will need:

All MGVG Living properties welcome pets.
Pet Deposit
A one-time non-refundable deposit of $200 per pet.
Monthly Pet Fee
$25 per pet.
Restrictions

Maintenance and Repairs
Routine Maintenance:
Regular inspections and upkeep are conducted to maintain property standards.
Emergency Repairs:
24/7 support is available for urgent issues like plumbing leaks or electrical outages.
Maintenance Requests:
Submit requests via the tenant portal or by contacting the leasing office.
Late Payment Policies
Grace Period
Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with a grace period until the 5th.
Late Fees
A $50 fee will be applied for payments received after the 5th.
