APPLICATION​

  • Do you run credit and background checks?

    • Yes, MGVG Living conducts a third-party screening that looks at credit history, rental history, and criminal background. The screening does not have specific credit score criteria but does flag items such as recent evictions, bankruptcies, felonies, and monies owed to previous landlords. 

  • Do you offer any specials or discounts?

    • We occasionally run specials. Check our homepage and social media posts to find out about any current specials.

RESIDENT LIFE

  • Is MGVG LIVING a pet-friendly apartment community?

    • Yes, we are a pet-friendly apartment community. We require vaccination records and a photograph of your pet. Certain pet fees may apply. 

  • MGVG Living is a pet-friendly apartment community, but are aggressive breeds accepted?

    •  We generally welcome any pets you’d find at your local pet store to join you in your home. Any animals that aren’t cats or dogs need to stay in a cage or tank. Aquarium tanks over 50 gallons are prohibited, and non-domestic animals are not allowed. 

  • Can I make a noise complaint about a neighbor?

    • If you experience excessive noise from a neighbor or outside our community quiet hours, please contact our property management team so we can help address your concerns. If you ever feel like a neighbor’s safety is at risk, please call 911.

  • Can MGVG Living management enter a resident’s apartment home?

    • Our lease agreement gives our team the right to enter a resident’s apartment home at any time. However, we try to make residents aware of any scheduled inspections or any need to enter their home at least 24 hours in advance. In the case of an emergency, like a leak, MGVG Living's property management team has the right to enter without advanced notice to prevent further damage to the apartment home or community.

Rent/Lease Agreement​

  • When is rent due?

    • Rent is due on the first of each month.

  • Are there late fees for late rental payments?

    • Yes, please check your lease agreement for more information about our late fee policies.

  • Is there a penalty for breaking a lease?

    • Yes, our early termination policy is defined in your lease agreement.

  • Can I sublet my apartment to someone?

    • No, we do not permit short-term renting or subletting of any sort. Homestay services such as Airbnb or VRBO are also strictly prohibited.
